2. Non-Refundable Items

- High Usage: If you have consumed more than 50% of your plan's event limit within the first 7 days, the refund will be pro-rated.

3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled:
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current month.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund request has been approved but you haven't received the funds yet:
